1. Booking & Payment
A booking is only confirmed after payment is received. Payment instructions are sent by email after your booking request.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Rescheduling may be possible depending on availability. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session may not be eligible for a full refund.
3. Intellectual Property
All photos and videos remain the intellectual property of NetVision-Art Fotografie until full payment is received and delivery is completed.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for arriving on time and providing accurate location details. Delays may result in reduced session time.
5. Liability
We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including weather, venue issues, or client no-shows.
